NEVER MIND THE PAST. YOU’RE THE FUTURE.
J-01 Gallery presents NEVERMIND an exhibition and magazine launch featuring works from Shanghai-based stylist, Dre Romero, and photographer, Robert Nilsson. Digging into the lives of seven Shanghaiers - the projects aims to give an insight on the subjects, while visually depicting their aesthetics with surroundings. Photographer Robert Nilsson has worked with the likes of Numero Magazine, MCM, and C&A while Dre Romero has styled for King Kong Magazine, ELSEWHERE and that's just to name a few. NEVERMIND intimately goes behind closed doors, capturing the essence of the authentic self. The subjects are photographed in their own homes, wearing their own clothes mixed with pieces from Chinese designers.
